Ongoing Progress of Patio & Driveway

Landscaping Project for a Client.

This is an on-going project to re-shape the customer’s garden and access. It includes new patio areas, driveway and access steps. Photographs of the progress are shown below.

The completed steps provide easy access to the house entrance and via the newly installed gate to the garden, where there is a new patio – see previous photographs.

Slate Effect Porcelain Tiles for Kitchen

The client is pleased with the work and says that he is “over the moon” with the completed job.

Laying a Raised Patio

This photograph shows the start of a raised patio and some of the tools used.

Progress is shown below. The finished result is a lovely grey stone patio of mixed squares and rectangles. It also incorporates a drain cover that has been paved to match.

Patio & Driveway W-i-P

Our current project is a fifty square metre (50M2) patio and driveway.

We have measured and laid the first level which is subject to jointing and finishing.

The project is ongoing throughout the Spring, subject to weather conditions at this time of year. Progress to date is shown in the gallery below.

Season’s Greetings

We’ll be taking a short break over Christmas and New Year and will be ready to provide services to you from early January. Stud Wall Creates Another Room

A happy client recommended us to a new client who wanted a stud wall built to create an additional room.

When this was completed, an extra bedroom was created in a spacious flat that is being refreshed to be sold, giving wider appeal and maximising a return on investment.

The stud wall has been erected and prepared for decorating, as can be seen from the photographs below (click on them to see a larger view).

Garden Project

Delighted to be invited back to the decking project client’s garden to add some landscaping. This undertaking included lawn edging brickwork and new turf lawn project.

Before the start, the new decking was fully protected from accidental damage.

Final day of the Decking Project

Having prepared the groundwork and base, the project was completed in one day. Our clients can use their sizeable patio to relax in the sun or dine ‘al fresco’ as allowed by the British weather and current socialising guidelines.
